Americana Corner
Rediscover the stories of America’s incredible founding and first century of expansion, and, in turn, a love of history and country. Each week we publish articles and videos about the great events, founding documents, and inspirational leaders who helped create and shape our country.
Americana Corner also provides funding for other organizations focused on America’s first century through our Preserving America Grant Program. Last year, we awarded 67 grants across 24 states, and in 2023, we will be giving away $750,000. The upcoming application window is November 15 to December 15 and recipients will be notified on George Washington’s birthday in 2023. Each month, through our Preserving America series, we spotlight grant recipients focused on telling the great American story and how our fellow citizens are keeping alive our heroes of the past.
